Lynn Fairbrother Kosinski has over three decades of teaching, leadership, and consulting experience. She is a 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) thought leader for FranklinCovey’s Education Division, and is co-author of the book The 4 Disciplines of Execution for Educators. As the lead architect for many 4DX solutions, Lynn has facilitated 4DX content for clients worldwide.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Lynn maintained a longstanding career in K-12 education. Beginning in the elementary classroom, she soon advanced to administrative roles. Lynn gained valuable experience during her elementary and middle school principalships, eventually moving to central office roles as Director of Elementary Education, Director of Secondary Education, and ultimately, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum of Instruction.

Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from Oakland University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership. She is a doctoral candidate at Central Michigan University concentrating in educational technology.
