PLEASE NOTE: This is for people who will get sick if they eat a particular food. If you list a food or foods here, we will notify the hotel of your special meal requirements, but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to identify yourself to the hotel server at meal times in order to receive your special meals. Thank you.

Hotel Reservation Prepayment Acknowledgment(Required)
That Westin Calgary hotel reservations require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking for the PSBAA’s 2026 Spring General Assembly. I acknowledge this prepayment is non-refundable and I am responsible for complying with all hotel policies. To receive negotiated rates, I must use the provided booking link. The room booking link for the Westin Calgary will be provided upon registration submission below.

Refund Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable for the PSBAA Event registrations. No refunds are available after the early bird deadline. However, you can transfer your registration from yourself to someone else from your school board jurisdiction at any time before the event, at no charge. PSBAA must receive your cancellation request – and any transfer of registration – in writing. Please note that, if you miss attending any of the meals, receptions, or coffee breaks that are included in the registration fee, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the cost of these events. Additionally, there is no refund on tickets purchased for special events like a banquet or dinner theatre.

Personal and Privacy Information

By submitting this registration form, I consent to the Public School Boards’ Association of Alberta (PSBAA), including its employees, agents, assigns, member boards, or other third party it may authorize on its behalf, the nonexclusive right to:
  • photograph and / or take a video of me;
  • use pictures, silhouettes, and other reproductions of me as they may appear in any photograph, film, or video, in any resource, or in conjunction with the advertising and publicizing of any such resource;
  • use, adapt, publish, broadcast, reproduce, duplicate and distribute the above-mentioned resource in any format, worldwide, in perpetuity;
  • include my identity in all photos, digital images, video production of any kind of the event listed above as developed and published in print, electronic, or digital format, including any authorized PSBAA website or external media coverage.
I may revoke my consent at any time by contacting the PSBAA Privacy Officer in writing. If consent is revoked, I understand the PSBAA will do its best, acting reasonably, to remove my personal information from the website, but that my personal information may be available on the Internet indefinitely. Questions concerning the above may be directed to executivedirector@public-schools.ab.ca. I also understand that individuals participating in the event may also take pictures and post to social media on their own, which is not controlled by PSBAA.
