By submitting this registration form, I consent to the Public School Boards’ Association of Alberta (PSBAA), including its employees, agents, assigns, member boards, or other third party it may authorize on its behalf, the nonexclusive right to:
  • photograph and / or take a video of me;
  • use pictures, silhouettes, and other reproductions of me as they may appear in any photograph, film, or video, in any resource, or in conjunction with the advertising and publicizing of any such resource;

  • include my identity in all photos, digital images, video production of any kind of the event listed above as developed and published in print, electronic, or digital format, including any authorized PSBAA website or external media coverage.

If consent is revoked, I understand the PSBAA will do its best, acting reasonably, to remove my personal information from the website, but that my personal information may be available on the Internet indefinitely.
